About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the team as the primary point of contact for in-house talent
- Acquire new collaboration partners
- Prepare proposals and handle incoming inquiries
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers
- Develop concepts and content formats with talent
- Support the implementation of concepts and content formats
- Coordinate between talent and partners
- Plan talent assignments and engagements
- Ensure the well-being of talent
- Identify and recruit new talent for existing and upcoming formats and shows
- Promote a forward-thinking approach and develop new opportunities for talent
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience in artist management, influencer marketing, or online marketing, such as at a digital, social media, or PR agency
- Strong interest in and keen understanding of current developments in the digital sector and consumer behavior
- Proficiency with major social media platforms and online communities
- Experience implementing and/or developing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
- Highly creative, with the motivation to develop innovative solutions
- Fluent German
- Written and spoken English skills
- Practical experience and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong interest in supporting and managing artists
- Excellent organizational skills and an open, approachable manner
