About the role

  • Grow annual revenue to meet or exceed company and business unit goals.
  • Build and mentor an account management team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and execution.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities for linqd.’s services using a consultative approach to design solutions.
  • Partner with clients to uncover insights, guide marketing and sales strategies, and develop tools/programs ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Define and actively manage the future service roadmap for key customers, new accounts, and targeted markets.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships, ensuring smooth transitions from pitch to long-term partnership.
  • Build and manage a network of vertically aligned partners—consultants, creative agencies, and other service providers.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients navigate industry challenges while creating measurable growth outcomes.
  • Serve as an active member of the executive management team, shaping and achieving business unit sales objectives.
  • Promote teamwork, employee value, innovation, and smart risk-taking while fostering collaboration with suppliers and partners.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in account management leadership within an agency, consultancy, or marketing role (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C).
  • Building industry or multi-channel/multi-audience experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in marketing strategy, digital, omnichannel, and MarTech solutions.
  • Track record of building and mentoring successful account teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where client expectations and opportunities evolve quickly.
  • A BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or Communications required; MBA preferred.
