About the role
- Work alongside experienced engineers to design, build, and debug custom robotic work cells and industrial automation systems
- Develop custom manufacturing equipment tailored to customer requirements
- Design and implement robotic systems for customer applications focused on automation
- Engineer robotic solutions to optimize internal manufacturing processes
- Conduct engineering analysis on mechanical designs to validate performance, identify improvements, and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and networking events as part of the internship program
Requirements
- Pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in engineering
- Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship
- Preferred: Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering degree
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preferred)
- Desire to work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with OSHA, SDS, and ANSI (RIA) safety standards
