About the role
- Report directly to the South Europe Sales Director.
- Develop and execute export strategies to drive international growth and strengthen the company’s global footprint.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with international distributors, agents, and key clients.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market analysis in targeted regions (Europe, focus on the Balkans).
- Ensure compliance with export laws, customs regulations, and international trade agreements.
- Coordinate with marketing communications, customer service, finance, and supply chain for order fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Provide strategic input to product development teams based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Conduct client meetings and training activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in selling industrial manufacturing products, preferably in the welding sector.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Solid knowledge of industrial sales channels.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Ability to read, understand, and analyze financial reports.
- Regular use of CRM systems and relevant databases (Experience with SAP is considered an asset).
