Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in the recruitment sector.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A results-driven attitude with a passion for client success.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment process and industry trends is a plus.
