- Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts with a focus on relationship building.
- Listen to clients’ goals and tailor recruitment strategies to match their needs.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver seamless service.
- Regularly review account performance and client satisfaction metrics.
- Provide proactive solutions and recommendations based on industry insights.
- Stay connected with clients to anticipate changes in their recruitment needs.
- Engage in strategic discussions to identify opportunities for account growth.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in the recruitment sector.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A results-driven attitude with a passion for client success.
- Familiarity with the recruitment process and industry trends is a plus.
