About the role
- Cultivating and maintaining trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Delivering service excellence in line with the company’s standards and practices
- Overseeing all aspects of the REMchannel data collection process
- Offering both internal and external client support
- Providing statistical and reporting insights for industry sessions and ad-hoc consulting engagements
- Facilitating clear and effective communication between key clients and internal teams
- Proactively resolving client issues and addressing complaints
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field of study
- Up to 8 years of core reward consulting experience
- Strong relationship-building and client engagement skills
- Strategic thinking and business orientation
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools
- Experience in project management and proposal development
- Familiarity with REMsuite tools and consulting applications
- Project management in order to meet survey and consulting timelines
