About the role
- Organize and analyze financial data across different BU’s (including Production, Sales & Supply Chain)
- Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and co-ordinate for close process / forecast / budget process
- Provide drivers and context to financial results
- Produce financial reports for all Business Units
- Prepare analysis and proactively propose solutions to identified problems
- Collaborate with R2R & Finance Controller to prepare data-driven statistical, forecast & budget
- Support CAPEX project evaluation and review
- Support SG&A analysis
- Support Financial Modeling
- Manage Financial Systems & Tools
- Support Financial Deck & Packages and general reporting to Corporate
- Support BU presentations
- Review existing processes and procedures and develop recommendations for improvement efforts
Requirements
- Proficient in Finance & Accounting
- Analytical, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
- Excellent computer skills and experience with accounting software (SAP, HFM etc) & Microsoft Office applications
- Good level of English language
- Professional qualification – CA Inter, CMA Inter etc
- 6 to 7 years of relavent experience
