About the role
- Identify customer needs and suggest optimal product solutions
- Demonstrate products and provide expert advice to customers
- Achieve target sales for product categories
- Handle product and sales related requests from incoming calls of customers or technicians
- Record customer visits and sales data on SAP
- Monitor and manage orders on SAP on a daily basis
- Monitor product stocks and collaborate with Logistics for store product placements
- Coordinate after sales processes until the successful delivery of products to customer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- SAP knowledge is considered a plus
- Fluency in English
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Persuasiveness and interpersonal skills
- Customer and results oriented
