Product Marketing

• Work closely with company leadership and the GTM organization to drive scalable lead generation strategies, measure performance across the funnel, and optimize sales processes for repeatability
• Manage digital demand generation channels including organic search, paid media, organic social, content, email, and others toward predictable, profitable lead generation
• Identify and create new demand generation channels including, but not limited to, partnerships, referrals, influencer marketing, and more
• Measure GTM organizational performance from top to bottom and utilize data to drive organizational optimizations
• Templatize and optimize enterprise sales processes for repeatability and scalability - creating playbooks, product marketing collateral, or meeting templates to be leveraged by EAEs and SDRs

• Oversee and project manage the network inventory onboarding process
• Lead biweekly calls with customers and manage customer communications
• Day to day management of offshore onboarding team (3 individuals)
• Design, implement and improve scalable workflows and processes including tooling, automation and AI Agents.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering and Product to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify gaps in existing processes and systems

Customer Success Manager

• Work closely with the GTM org to measure and drive high-quality customer experiences across pre- and post-sales that results in high net retention, NPS, and upsell
• Own the customer renewal process to drive best-in-class gross retention
• Build out the playbook for post-sale opportunity identification and upsells by strategically utilizing customer inventory data and key touchpoints such as QBRs
• Use product and user analytics to manage and improve the customer experience
• Engage with customers and provide customer feedback to inform our product roadmap; act as voice of customer regarding issues, opportunities, and enhancements
• Work closely with the CEO, CTO, Sales, Operations, and Product to meet all goals and objectives across the customer lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong culture, sentiment, and collaboration across the team
