About the role
- Generate pipeline from highest value leads in NoAM Retail and create qualified opportunities
- Proactively identify and target strategic accounts using research, industry trends, and internal tools
- Qualify strategic inbound and partnership leads to ensure they meet the ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Conduct in-depth outreach through calls, emails, social media, and other channels to generate qualified leads
- Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to track leads and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business goals and KPIs for each target segment
- Assist in building and refining sales strategies for top-tier prospects and key verticals
- Continuously evaluate market trends, competitors, and customer pain points to tailor outreach strategies
- Leverage insights from conversations to understand client needs and feed information back to the sales team
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads, meetings booked, and other key performance metrics
- Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, sales efforts, and key account progress
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales development or sales support role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise-focused environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, sales methodologies, and lead qualification frameworks
- Ability to build relationships quickly and strategically with potential clients
- Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for driving results
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Fluency in English as a working language is required for this position
