About the role

  • Generate pipeline from highest value leads in NoAM Retail and create qualified opportunities
  • Proactively identify and target strategic accounts using research, industry trends, and internal tools
  • Qualify strategic inbound and partnership leads to ensure they meet the ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Conduct in-depth outreach through calls, emails, social media, and other channels to generate qualified leads
  • Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to track leads and pipeline progress
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business goals and KPIs for each target segment
  • Assist in building and refining sales strategies for top-tier prospects and key verticals
  • Continuously evaluate market trends, competitors, and customer pain points to tailor outreach strategies
  • Leverage insights from conversations to understand client needs and feed information back to the sales team
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads, meetings booked, and other key performance metrics
  • Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, sales efforts, and key account progress

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales development or sales support role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise-focused environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, sales methodologies, and lead qualification frameworks
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and strategically with potential clients
  • Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for driving results
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required for this position
