About the role
- We are a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing agency exclusively focused on serving attorneys and law firms
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
- Research potential clients and tailor outreach to their specific needs
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team
- Track outreach activity and performance metrics in the CRM (Hubspot)
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline
- Support U.S. sales operations by generating high-quality opportunities and setting up meetings with potential legal clients
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or business development role (preferably in an agency or B2B environment)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams is a strong plus
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a desire to exceed outreach and lead generation targets
- Understanding of the legal industry or professional services is a plus, but not required
- Previous work in a digital marketing agency preferred
- High-level English proficiency; bilingualism is a plus
- Must be within commuting distance to Guadalajara, Mexico and willing to work hybrid in-office
