• Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, positioning LawRank as a market leader in attorney SEO Lead and mentor a global SEO team, including managers and individual contributors, with a focus on LATAM-based workforce
• Define department structure to support current and future growth; oversee capacity planning and resource allocation
