3D Artist

• Work with the Lead Character Artist, Art Director and Animation team to create compelling and plausible characters that meet the technical requirements of the project
• Collaborate with other departments such as animation, tech art, and game design to ensure all character assets are optimized and integrated into the game world effectively
• Assist in developing and implementing new techniques and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of the character art pipeline
• Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure that project goals and deadlines are met
• Actively seek out feedback
• Work closely with Technical Artists and Engineering team to ensure the character assets are optimized for performance
• Participate in critiques and reviews of character art assets to maintain a high standard and ensure that they meet the needs of the game

Character Artist

2D Artist

• - Design and implement user interfaces across various gaming platforms, focusing on usability and visual appeal
• - Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups that clearly convey design concepts and functionality
• - Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and programmers to ensure seamless integration of UI design within the game engine
• - Develop icons, text, menus, and HUD elements that enhance player interaction and experience
• - Iterate on UI designs based on team feedback, user testing results, and industry best practices
• - Maintain consistency in style, quality, and user experience across all interfaces
• - Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX design to continually improve our game

UI Artist – 12 Month FTC

• Ensure the quality and believability of game characters
• Create memorable experiences for players
• Support and mentor the character team
• Collaborate with other disciplines for efficient pipelines
• Balance hands-on work and directing others
• Understand challenges facing the team and communicate effectively

Senior Character Artist

• Work with the Lead and Associate Lead Environment Artist to create a cohesive and immersive game world that meets the creative and technical requirements of the project
• Create 3D models and textures of environmental assets such as buildings, terrain, vegetation, and props
• Ensure that the game environments are visually consistent and meet the established art style and technical guidelines
• Collaborate with other departments, such as level design and lighting to ensure that the environment assets are optimised and integrated into the game world effectively
• Assist in developing and implementing new techniques and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of the environment art pipeline
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and techniques in environment art and share knowledge with the rest of the team
• Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure that project goals and deadlines are met
