Director

• Develop and execute the Lighthouse Credit Union Foundation's strategy to support the credit union's mission
• Transform the existing Foundation and enhance strategic community involvement in areas such as food insecurity, access to affordable housing, and educational support
• Establish relationships with key community leaders to fully develop Foundation programs and sustain funding
• Grow, organize, and direct milestone fundraising events and outreach to increase donor participation and annual donations
• Develop and direct all external fundraising activities through outreach and development of business and community donor prospects
• Oversee financial records, manage budgeting and reporting for donor and grant stewardship
• Partner with Foundation Board, Executive Leaders, and Marketing to guide donor development and community relations

• Lead ongoing development and optimization of Salesforce platform (FSC, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud) at Lighthouse Credit Union
• Own development and enhancement of Salesforce FSC, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud environment
• Triage and resolve defects in Financial Services Cloud deployment
• Build scalable, reusable Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and automated flows
• Configure and enhance Lightning Pages, roll-ups, and standard FSC components
• Build filterable dashboards and dynamic reports for operational visibility
