Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Support Talent Partners with their sourcing efforts either with outbound or inbound candidates.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels including professional networks, industry-specific platforms, social networks, open-source forums to find potential candidates.
Conduct initial screening of candidates through resume reviews and preliminary conversation to assess their qualifications and potential fit.
Deep understanding of building search strings and AI prompts to effectively surface candidates with specific skill sets and experiences.
The ability to discover motivations of candidates with the ability to ask deeper questions along with strong listening skills to present the candidates to the team.
Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, skills and qualification in our ATS, Greenhouse.
Use of our ATS and sourcing tools to communicate with candidates and the hiring teams so all information is properly documented.
Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities and potential talent pools.
Develop a strong understanding of Liftoff’s product lines and services to develop a strong company pitch to prospects.
Provide regular reports on sourcing metrics, pipeline health and market insights to the talent team and hiring managers.
Continuously refine and improve sourcing techniques based on data and feedback from the team.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the initial outreach and engagement process.
Requirements
Ability to support various technical and non-technical positions within the organization.
Proven, successful track record of sourcing and recruiting top engineering talent at both startups and mid-sized companies in the US, EMEA and APAC.
Passion around finding quality candidates and an exceptional ability to present career opportunities.
Technical sourcing experience with at least 2+ years sourcing for internal talent acquisition teams or an external staffing agency.
Familiarity with ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, RecruiterBox
Excellent communication skills; highly effective judgment and interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of candidates and management.
