• Lead the development and execution of a scalable go-to-market strategy that expands Lifted’s footprint in enterprise contingent workforce programs, with a strong emphasis on measurable revenue and growth outcomes.
• Prospect, pitch, and close complex, transformation-focused enterprise deals — positioning Lifted as the integrated solution for contingent workforce needs across contract types (independent contractor, EOR, AOR, staff augmentation, SOW) and geographies.
• Build and deepen executive relationships with decision-makers at target enterprises, identifying workforce challenges and delivering tailored, compliant solutions leveraging Lifted’s full-service model.
• Oversee long-cycle pipeline management, ensuring disciplined forecasting, prioritization, and clarity of focus across active pursuits, especially deals involving complex procurement-led evaluations.
• Partner across account management, talent delivery, product, legal, compliance, and operations teams to streamline delivery processes, ensure adherence to global compliance, contracting, and payment workflows, and drive successful engagements at scale.
• Monitor client, regulatory, and market trends — including compliance, classification, global hiring regulations and contingent labor market dynamics — to inform strategic decision-making and refine Lifted’s service offerings.
• Advise clients as a strategic workforce consultant: recommend optimal talent mix and engagement model (IC, EOR, AOR, SOW, staff augmentation), design compliant contingent workforce programs, and articulate cost efficiencies and operational benefits of leveraging Lifted.

Sales Director

Customer Success Manager

• Partner with our customers to achieve their Talent / Workforce and Business goals, by driving adoption with Hiring Managers and ensuring they see value with the Lifted offerings
• Provide expert consultation and training on Workforce talent sourcing/management, integrations (SSO, HRIS, etc), Lifted product configurations, Lifted Talent network, and best practices within the context of customer-appropriate workflows
• Build and execute on Customer Success Plans outlining customer approach to maximizing value of the Lifted offerings (ensure Healthy customers)
• Proactively build trusted relationships and maintain continuous engagement with Hiring Managers to drive increased adoption of Lifted offerings (expansion with existing users); including weekly, monthly and QBR meetings with appropriate stakeholders
• Internally, own retention and churn mitigation of existing spend, including an internal Forecast, and partner with Sales on the expansion/growth motion
• Actively participate in full Product feedback loop - provide thoughtful customer-driven product feedback to R&D teams, and represent Product roadmap and vision to the customer
• Work closely with cross-functional partners like Sales, Professional Services, Talent Services, Support, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Implementation, Solution Architects, User Research
• Exercise sound judgment, customer-centricity, and bias for action in resolving issues through effective and collaborative problem-solving, appropriate escalations, etc

Account Manager

• Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers, setting clear performance expectations and holding the team accountable to high-quality execution and results
• Own team revenue, expansion, retention, and forecast accuracy across the team’s book of business
• Ensure a disciplined, repeatable pipeline and deal management motion by regularly inspecting pipeline health, deal quality, and close plans, and intervening in at-risk situations
• Coach Account Managers through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and feedback, providing actionable guidance on account strategy, prioritization, and deal execution
• Develop individualized growth plans aligned to role competencies and career progression; address performance issues directly and in a timely manner
• Act as an executive sponsor on strategic or escalated accounts to unblock progress and support complex deal execution
• Leverage data to manage the business, anticipate risk, and continuously improve execution standards and operational rigor
• Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Talent and Delivery teams, Sales Operations, and Product to deliver consistent, high-quality customer outcomes
• Exercise strong judgment, customer-centricity, critical thinking, and a bias for action
