Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
Provide care to children, adolescents, and adults
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists as part of the clinical team
Use EMR/digital telemedicine offerings and complete documentation in full EMR (no paper)
Participate in team-based care, consultations, and clinical collaboration
Utilize administrative support, billers, and schedulers to manage caseload
Maintain productivity under a Fee For Service Productivity Model (W2)
Requirements
Holding an active Illinois license (not in process)
LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure
Experience working with adults and child/adolescent populations
Working with a team and enjoy collaboration
Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
