About the role
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Provide care to children, adolescents, and adults
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists as part of the clinical team
- Use EMR/digital telemedicine offerings and complete documentation in full EMR (no paper)
- Participate in team-based care, consultations, and clinical collaboration
- Utilize administrative support, billers, and schedulers to manage caseload
- Maintain productivity under a Fee For Service Productivity Model (W2)
Requirements
- Holding an active Illinois license (not in process)
- LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure
- Experience working with adults and child/adolescent populations
- Working with a team and enjoy collaboration
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
