About the role
- Provide evidence-based outpatient mental health treatment to children, adolescents, and adults in clinic
- Deliver individual and/or group therapy as appropriate
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists
- Document clinical encounters in EMR (no paper)
- Coordinate with full-time billers, schedulers, and administrative staff
- Participate in team-based care and clinical collaboration
- Maintain productivity under Fee For Service Productivity Model (W2)
Requirements
- Holding an active Illinois license (not in process)
- License types: LPC, LSW, ALMFT
- Ability to work with adults and child/adolescent populations
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
