About the role
- Deliver evidence-based behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Provide therapy sessions and manage clinical caseload using full EMR (no paper).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team and administrative staff.
- Focus on patient care while supported by full-time billers and schedulers and full administrative support.
- Participate in Fee For Service productivity model (W2) and may receive a signing bonus.
- Work in newly designed modern offices and use the latest in digital technology.
Requirements
- Holding an active Illinois license, not in process of.
- LPC - LSW - ALMFT
- Ability to work closely with adults and the child/adolescent populations.
