About the role
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare to patients.
- Provide therapy and clinical services to adults and child/adolescent populations in an outpatient care setting.
- Work in-person at clinic (Elmhurst, IL) and through LifeStance digital telemedicine offering.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists.
- Document clinical care using Full EMR (no paper).
- Participate in Fee For Service Productivity Model (W2) and clinical team activities.
- Maintain clinical excellence and contribute to a collegial work environment.
Requirements
- Holding an active Illinois license, not in process of.
- LPC - LSW - ALMFT
- Working with a team and enjoy collaboration
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
- Ability to work closely with adults and the child/adolescent populations.
