About the role
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults
- Provide in-person care at clinic and through digital telemedicine
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists
- Use Full EMR and digital technology; maintain documentation
- Work with full-time billers, schedulers, and administrative support in a team environment
- Participate in clinical collaboration and contribute to clinical excellence
Requirements
- Must be Holding an active Illinois license, not in process of.
- Licensed types: LPC, LSW, ALMFT
- Ability to work with adults and child/adolescent populations
- Working with a team and enjoy collaboration
