About the role
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults
- Conduct therapy sessions as a Licensed Therapist (LCPC/LCSW/LMFT)
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists as part of a clinical team
- Use full EMR and digital telemedicine tools for documentation and telehealth delivery
- Coordinate with full-time billers and schedulers and administrative staff
- Maintain clinical excellence and contribute to a collegial work environment
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Holding active Illinois licenses
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
