About the role
- Provide outpatient behavioral healthcare and therapy to adults, adolescents, and children
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists
- Document clinical encounters in the EMR (no paper)
- Coordinate with billing and scheduling teams and utilize full administrative support
- Maintain clinical excellence and participate in collegial team environment
Requirements
- Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Holding an active Illinois license (not in process)
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
- Ability to work with adults and child/adolescent populations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team
