About the role
- Provide high-quality behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting
- Deliver evidence-based therapy as a Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams and administrative staff
- Use digital telemedicine platform and full EMR systems (no paper)
- Maintain clinical documentation and work with full-time billers and schedulers
- Participate in a collegial clinical environment focused on clinical excellence
Requirements
- Licensed clinical therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Holding an active Illinois license (not in process)
- Licensed Therapists experienced in behavioral healthcare
- Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team
