About the role
- Provide high-quality behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient clinic setting
- Conduct psychotherapy and treatment using evidence-based, medically driven approaches
- Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Utilize the company EMR and digital telemedicine offering to document care (no paper)
- Coordinate with full-time billers, schedulers, and administrative support
- Maintain productivity under a Fee For Service Productivity Model (W2) and contribute to clinical excellence and professional growth
Requirements
- Licensed Therapists (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Must be Holding an active Illinois license, not in process of.
- Working with a team and enjoy collaboration
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
