About the role
- Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient clinic setting
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy as appropriate
- Document clinical notes and maintain records using the organization's EMR (no paper)
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and the broader clinical team
- Maintain productivity under the Fee For Service model and coordinate with full-time billers and schedulers
- Participate in a collegial work environment and contribute to clinical excellence
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (ALMFT)
- Holding active Illinois licenses
- Ability to work closely with adults and child/adolescent populations
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
