About the role

  • Provide outpatient and telehealth therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
  • Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment in an outpatient setting
  • Maintain clinical schedule autonomy (hybrid, telehealth, full time or part time)
  • Participate in weekly case consultations and peer consultation groups
  • Receive or provide supervision (LCSW/LICSW) and provide clinical services
  • Use EMR system and collaborate with support staff for credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collections
  • Focus on clinical work while support staff handle non-billable administrative functions

Requirements

  • Providers MUST be licensed as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT in Massachusetts
  • Ability to work in Massachusetts locations listed (e.g., Arlington, Framingham, Boston, etc.)
  • Ability to provide telehealth from a home office (hybrid schedule)
  • Ability to work Full-Time or Part-Time and provide outpatient (weekday) care
