About the role

  • Telehealth Mental Health Therapist - deliver telehealth services to commercially insured clients, typically managing lower-acuity cases with a focus on therapeutic engagement and long-term wellness.
  • Remote position (U.S.-based, Work from Home) with working hours based on Pacific Standard Time Zone.
  • Full-Time, W2-Employee. Full-Time is defined as a 25-client caseload per week, typically consisting of 25 one-hour sessions.
  • Provide therapeutic services using evidence-based practices and engage clients for long-term wellness.
  • Participate in collaborative environment and represent company positively and professionally.

Requirements

  • Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
  • Providing mental health services using evidenced-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults.
  • You must reside in and hold an active LPC, LCSW or LMFT license in the state of Indiana.
  • You must be licensed ( or eligible for licensure ) in Oregon.
  • Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
  • Background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer.
