About the role
- Deliver telehealth services to commercially insured clients, typically managing lower-acuity cases with a focus on therapeutic engagement and long-term wellness
- Provide behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages
- Manage a clinician caseload (Full-Time defined as 25 one-hour sessions per week)
- Work remotely from home within Pacific Standard Time Zone hours
- Participate in consultation support individually or in groups with therapy consultants
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company and its leadership positively and professionally
- Collaborate within a supportive, collaborative environment and follow company policies
Requirements
- Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree
- Reside in and hold an active LPC, LCSW or LMFT license in the state of Missouri
- Must be licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Oregon (willingness to obtain Licensure in Oregon)
- Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages
- Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- Working hours are based on company hours in the Pacific Standard Time Zone
- Background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer
- Full-Time client caseload expectation: 25 one-hour sessions per week
