Licensed Telehealth Mental Health Therapist – Consultant

• Deliver telehealth services to commercially insured clients.
• Manage lower-acuity cases with a focus on therapeutic engagement and long-term wellness.
• Maintain a client caseload of 25 per week, consisting of 25 one-hour sessions.
• Utilize time and expertise to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment.

Telehealth Mental Health Therapist

• Deliver telehealth services to commercially insured clients, typically managing lower-acuity cases with a focus on therapeutic engagement and long-term wellness
• Provide behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages
• Manage a clinician caseload (Full-Time defined as 25 one-hour sessions per week)
• Work remotely from home within Pacific Standard Time Zone hours
• Participate in consultation support individually or in groups with therapy consultants
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company and its leadership positively and professionally
• Collaborate within a supportive, collaborative environment and follow company policies

• Deliver telehealth services to commercially insured clients, typically managing lower-acuity cases with a focus on therapeutic engagement and long-term wellness.
• Provide evidence-based behavioral health services to clients of all ages.
• Maintain a full-time caseload (defined as 25 one-hour client sessions per week); able to see more clients if desired.
• Work remotely from a HIPAA-compliant home workspace and maintain reliable internet connectivity.
• Participate in individual and group consultation to support clinical growth and collaboration.
• Represent Brightways Counseling Group positively and professionally as a brand ambassador.
• Comply with licensure requirements (Indiana license active; obtain or be eligible for Oregon licensure) and background check.
