Key responsibilities & impact

Practice Leadership & Practice Optics (Average 10 Hours per Week): Lead peer interviews and clinical evaluations for incoming psychiatric and advanced practice nursing candidates.
Performance Accountability & Concerns: Monitor clinical documentation timelines, quality benchmarks, and performance standards within the psychiatric network.
Client Complaints & Escalations: Act as the primary clinical point of contact for complex client complaints or quality-of-care disputes.
Clinical Coverage: Provide secondary medication reviews and refill support during peak volume, clinician time-off, or offboarding transitions.
Deliver high-quality psychiatric evaluations and medication management via telehealth.
Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner to align with weekly payment tracking.
Manage complex, inter-session medication overrides, pharmacy issues, and urgent clinical escalations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with a specialty in Psychiatry.
Active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Oregon (or willingness to obtain via interstate compact/expedited pathways).
Active, unrestricted DEA registration and Prescription Monitoring Program (PDMP) access.
Minimum of 3 years of experience providing behavioral health care using evidence-based practices.
Comfort and mastery navigating a streamlined, high-efficiency outpatient clinical schedule.
Must reside in an eligible U.S. state for contracting (currently unable to contract with clinicians residing in CA, NY, MA, NJ, or DE).
Successful completion of a background check.
