About the role
- Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based, medically driven treatment
- Work a hybrid schedule including telehealth from a home office and in-clinic sessions
- Maintain schedule autonomy and manage clinical caseload (full-time or part-time)
- Participate in weekly case consultations and peer consultation groups
- Provide or receive clinical supervision when applicable
- Use EMR system for clinical documentation and collaborate with support staff for credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection
- Engage in APA-approved continuing education and ongoing professional development
- Focus on improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare in an outpatient setting
Requirements
- Licensed as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT in Massachusetts
- Providers may work Full-Time or Part-Time
- Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office
- Ability to provide or receive clinical supervision (LCSW/LICSW)
- Willingness to work outpatient (weekday) clinic schedules in listed Massachusetts locations
