About the role
- Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy and behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults
- Work closely with adults and child/adolescent populations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team (psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, licensed therapists)
- Use electronic medical records (Full EMR) and digital telemedicine tools
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Coordinate with administrative staff including full-time billers and schedulers
- Participate in a collegial work environment and support clinical excellence
Requirements
- Must be Holding an active Illinois license, not in process of.
- LPC - LSW - ALMFT
- Working with a team and enjoy collaboration
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
- Ability to work onsite in Naperville, IL
