About the role
- Deliver evidence-based outpatient behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Provide in-person clinic care and support telemedicine/digital health offerings.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists on a clinical team.
- Maintain clinical documentation using EMR (no paper) and work with full administrative support, billers, and schedulers.
- Participate in a collegial work environment focused on clinical excellence and patient care.
- Utilize organization-provided resources and technology to support patient treatment and productivity targets.
Requirements
- Must be Holding an active Illinois license, not in process of.
- LPC, LSW, or ALMFT licensure accepted (Provisionally Licensed Therapist role).
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
- Wanting to deliver high quality behavioral healthcare.
- Interest in growing professionally and working collaboratively with a team.
- The ability to work closely with adults and the child/adolescent populations.
