About the role
- Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Provide psychotherapy and clinical services to adults and child/adolescent populations.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists as part of a clinical team.
- Document care and use the Full EMR and digital telemedicine offerings.
- Coordinate with full-time billers and schedulers and utilize full administrative support.
- Participate in a Fee For Service Productivity Model (W2) while maintaining clinical excellence.
