About the role
- Provide evidence-based therapy and behavioral healthcare to patients in an outpatient clinic.
- Work closely with adults and child/adolescent populations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team and participate in team-based care.
- Document clinical care and maintain records in the EMR (no paper).
- Coordinate with billing and scheduling staff and utilize full administrative support.
- Use digital technology and clinic systems to support patient care.
- Maintain strong work/life balance while meeting productivity expectations.
