💰 $60,000 - $70,000 per year
About the role
- On-site leadership providing direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in assigned offices
- Monitor workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction and performance measures to meet clinical, operational, and financial objectives
- Responsible for financial performance management of assigned practice group including revenue, center margin and EBITDA targets
- Coordinate and oversee office operations, escalate and resolve facility issues, and ensure implementation of LFST operational and clinical processes
- Monthly performance management, variance reporting and action plans; provide root causes and action plans to Operations Director
- Partner with shared services, Operations Director, Clinical and Medical Directors to manage clinician utilization, referrals, and patient access
- Build and manage high-performing office teams through selection, training, and performance management; serve as culture carrier
- Provide direct administrative oversight and operational support for therapists and prescribers; support clinician onboarding and engagement
- Oversee escalated patient complaints and partner with leadership to drive resolution
- Communicate weekly with Operational and Clinical Directors to flag clinician issues, mentor staff, and support retention
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required
- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds
- Demonstrated ethical behavior and business practices
- Ability to build relationships and work cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders

- Experience managing financial performance (revenue, margin, EBITDA) and reporting KPIs
