About the role
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare.
- Provide patient care and commit to clinical excellence for children, adolescents and adults.
- Work in outpatient care settings in-person at clinics and through digital telemedicine offering.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists across the clinical team.
- Provide services across multiple Utah office locations (Lehi, Murray, Riverton, Bountiful, Pleasant Grove, Draper).
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Utah (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Must have completed a Master's program and finished the supervision stage.
- Hybrid role
