About the role

  • Work closely with the CFO and Chief Analytics Officer and partner with executive and non-executive stakeholders
  • Oversee and execute all FP&A processes including forecasting, budgeting and monthly close reporting
  • Lead the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes and drive continuous process improvement
  • Implement long range planning and integrate with strategic planning to align roadmap with financial needs
  • Develop and maintain complex financial and operating models across multiple business areas
  • Produce standardized monthly, weekly and quarterly internal financial reporting for management and business leaders
  • Partner with accounting to support the monthly financial close and produce monthly close reporting
  • Lead selection and deployment of corporate performance management systems and other financial tools
  • Manage production of corporate presentations including board, investor, business performance and new launch materials
  • Partner with Data Analytics to architect business reporting needs and support data-driven insights
  • Support and lead financial diligence and modelling for corporate transactions and special projects as assigned by CFO/CEO

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Proven track record of building advanced financial models using large datasets
  • Strong understanding of both financial and non-financial business processes
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of core FP&A processes including budgeting, planning and internal reporting
  • Proven ability to independently develop clear, accurate reports while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership
  • MBA degree (preferred)
  • Experience in high-growth companies that have successfully scaled (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (preferred)
  • High energy, self starter, intellectually curious, team player with ability to build strong relationships (preferred)
