About the role: Own and maintain AI infrastructure on GCP powering voice assistants, message routing, and knowledge retrieval systems. Manage deployment pipelines, testing frameworks, evaluation systems, monitoring, and BigQuery datasets.

Medical Director

• Lead Men's Health telehealth program clinical operations
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance for telehealth services
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices
• Ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care through quality improvement and peer reviews
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local telehealth regulations including HIPAA and state medical board requirements
• Recruit, train, and supervise healthcare providers and ensure licensure and certification compliance
• Collaborate with leadership to expand and enhance Men's Health program and identify new services
• Foster patient-centric telehealth experiences and oversee documentation of patient encounters
• Dedicate approximately 15 hours/week on platform with patients

You’ll be responsible for producing high-performing visual content across digital channels, including ads, landing pages, emails, social, and brand campaigns. This role blends hands-on design and editing with strategic creative thinking to help elevate our marketing and brand presence.\n• Responsibilities: • Design high-converting static creatives for paid ads, social posts, email headers, landing pages, and branded materials • Edit short-form video ads and UGC-style content for platforms like TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and more • Add text overlays, transitions, cuts, and other performance-focused elements to raw footage • Resize, crop, and repurpose existing creative assets for different formats and platforms • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and brand teams to align on creative needs • Maintain visual consistency while iterating quickly based on performance data • Manage multiple fast-moving projects with minimal oversight
