Research Analyst

• Serve as the primary point of contact between investigational sites and the sponsor
• Conduct site visits including selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out
• Ensure site compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulations
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in CTMS and eTMF systems
• Support and track site staff training and maintain compliance records
• Monitor patient safety and ensure timely and accurate AE/SAE/PQC reporting

Senior Clinical Research Associate – Oncology

Compliance

• Participate in multidisciplinary project teams to provide regulatory guidance and communicate regulatory goals.
• Provide guidance to teams on the content, format, style and architecture of IND, or CTAs (ex-US studies).
• Perform/manage critical analysis of data (clinical, preclinical and manufacturing) independently develop interpretations and conclusions.
• Perform reviews of clinical protocols and study reports to focus attention of deficient/missing items/explanations.
• Accountable for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all regulatory submissions
• Supervisory responsibility for planning, preparation and submission of regulatory documentation

• Conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials

Clinical Research Associate

• Meet/greet clinical research volunteers and ensure their comfort during visits
• Check vitals (height, weight, blood pressure, BMI) and assess health per study protocol

• Perform synthetic chemistry reactions, reaction workups, and purification of compounds using column chromatography, crystallization, re-crystallization, and preparative TLC
• Operate laboratory equipment and ensure samples generated during synthesis are submitted for analysis
• Record observations, results, resource utilization, and related activities in laboratory notebook or e-notebook following guidelines
• Update supervisor/group leader on synthesis progress and ensure samples are packed appropriately for shipment

• Manage GxP QA functions with an emphasis on Good Clinical Practice (GCP), compliance for both clinical and marketed products
