About the role

  • Meet/greet clinical research volunteers and ensure their comfort during visits
  • Check vitals (height, weight, blood pressure, BMI) and assess health per study protocol
  • Perform phlebotomy on study subjects according to client protocols
  • Ensure study participants are healthy enough to participate according to protocol
  • Follow clients' protocols for vital sign assessments and phlebotomy procedures
  • Participate in meetings and other assignments as part of a collaborative team
  • Chaperone study subjects during breaks and provide personalized care to ensure comfort

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related area preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of work experience in a medical or clinical field (preferred)
  • Strong command of English and the host country's language
  • Certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) or Phlebotomist Certification advantageous
  • Preferred backgrounds: Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medication Aide, Telemetry Technician, or Laboratory Technician
  • Ability to take vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure, BMI) and perform phlebotomy
  • Ability to follow client protocols and participate in meetings
  • Compassion and dedication to ensure participant comfort and well-being
