• Translate Life360’s vision into tangible devices that seamlessly connect with the app ecosystem and enhance safety for families worldwide.
• Develop and communicate a 3-year devices roadmap tied to business metrics (MAU growth, attach rate, retention, revenue mix).
• Establish measurement framework and success criteria for Devices business, tying product performance to company growth and member value.
• Evolve Life360’s hardware lineup into industry-leading technology for finding and safety, integrated with the Life360 platform.
• Drive products from concept incubation and validation through launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration.
• Redefine customer engagement using quantitative signals and qualitative insights.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Finance to define pricing, packaging, attach strategies, and subscription bundling.

Principal Product Manager, Devices

Data Scientist

• Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling to drive company growth
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and identify internal and external opportunities for data-driven product features and services
• Develop new insights, product features, and scalable services using data from mobile, cloud, and third-party platforms
• Participate in entire project lifecycle from concept, requirements, and design to rapid prototyping, production, and hypothesis testing
• Collaborate with firmware, hardware, product, and GTM teams to optimize data sampling, preprocessing, and inference pipelines on constrained devices

Data Analyst

• Leverage complex, large volume, high-dimension data, extracted using a variety of sources, tools and analysis techniques to create and deliver high value analytic insights to a team of cross-functional partners
• Maintain a constant pulse on health of the business by tracking KPIs against targets and conducting investigations of key trends and their underlying drivers
• Work with business leaders to define key metrics and build reporting to monitor and understand performance along those metrics.
• Identify and solve issues with data availability, consistency, and quality.
• Partner with the Data Engineering team on technical requirements to enable data availability, data quality, and integrity for analytics and the broader self-service usage across the organization.
• Create and deliver impactful presentations that tell a story focused on insights, not just data.
• Forecast KPIs, identify opportunities, influence business partners, and drive effective decision-making.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance teams to help resolve broader business problems, create growth plans, establish financial and operating targets, and determine optimal resource requirements.

• Drive revenue across Tier 2 retailers, enterprise accounts, and national distributors (e.g., Ingram Micro, Synnex, D&H, Dell, CDW etc). Expand distribution footprint through strategic partnerships, product launches, and sell-through initiatives. Lead contract negotiations, promotional planning, and assortment expansion to maximize long-term growth. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to regional and channel-specific dynamics.
• Own the full lifecycle of distribution and enterprise accounts—from onboarding to replenishment and post-launch optimization.
• Build senior-level relationships with buyers, category managers, and distributor executives. Align on revenue goals, merchandising strategy, and inventory planning to ensure flawless execution. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities that drive strategic channel expansion.

Coordinate promotional campaigns, content optimization, and digital advertising strategies. Analyze sell-through data and shopper engagement metrics to inform future activations.
