About the role
- Translate Life360’s vision into tangible devices that seamlessly connect with the app ecosystem and enhance safety for families worldwide.
- Develop and communicate a 3-year devices roadmap tied to business metrics (MAU growth, attach rate, retention, revenue mix).
- Establish measurement framework and success criteria for Devices business, tying product performance to company growth and member value.
- Evolve Life360’s hardware lineup into industry-leading technology for finding and safety, integrated with the Life360 platform.
- Drive products from concept incubation and validation through launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration.
- Redefine customer engagement using quantitative signals and qualitative insights.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Finance to define pricing, packaging, attach strategies, and subscription bundling.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, GTM, and Ops to align goals, resource allocation, and launch success.
- Mentor other PMs and establish product management mechanisms and rituals within Devices.
- Leverage AI/ML to differentiate device features and customer experience.
- Design scalable cost structures in partnership with Ops/Eng and incubate adjacent device categories.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including deep ownership of hardware, IoT, or consumer devices.
- Proven track record of defining long-term product strategy and shipping successful products at scale.
- Strong analytical skills; able to define metrics, build models, and tie product outcomes to business performance.
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to deliver full-stack hardware/software solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and drive alignment across Finance, Ops, Sales, and GTM functions.
- Passion for customer insights and the ability to translate qualitative research and quantitative data into high-impact product decisions.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in consumer experiences is a strong plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguity.
