About the role

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Proactively hunt for new business, manage the complete sales pipeline, and close deals with leading brands and their agencies.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a strategic plan to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong, influential relationships with key decision-makers at major agency holding companies (e.g., WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, IPG, Dentsu) and their clients.
  • Serve as a Trusted Consultant: Deliver compelling, insight-led sales presentations that articulate the clear value of Life360's advertising solutions in solving client challenges.
  • Master of Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with a focus on creating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Collaborate effectively with internal teams across Ad Operations, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless campaign delivery and exceptional client service.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and your client's evolving needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in a digital media sales hunter role.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in selling to large advertising agencies and direct clients.
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and a strong history of personal and professional achievement.
  • Extensive experience and a robust network within the Retail, QSR, and/or Travel industries.
  • A network of relevant brand and agency contacts.
  • Expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem, including mobile, programmatic advertising, and location-based data.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative and resourceful mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
