About the role
- Handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs
- Matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
- Representing the Liberty brand and connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs
- Adapting well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of policyholders
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
- Property and Casualty Insurance License (Training will be provided if needed)
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
