About the role
- Automate internal workflows such as onboarding and offboarding using scripting and integration tools
- Build and maintain integrations between internal tools, such as Google Workspace and HubSpot
- Write and maintain Python and Bash scripts to reduce manual tasks
- Provide limited desktop support (equipment setup and access rights management)
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Operations, Security, Business Development, and Data Engineering to identify process gaps and implement technical solutions
Requirements
- Prior experience in desktop or IT support, including hardware setup, access rights management, and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash
- Experience working with identity and access management tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, or Microsoft Entra
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or similar tools for workflow automation
- Demonstrated experience with software or systems integration, either through native methods or custom solutions
- Knowledge of SQL is a nice-to-have
- Experience using AI tools is a nice-to-have
- Experience with HubSpot is a big plus
- Self-starter mindset and strong communication skills
- Must be located in Berlin, Germany and able to regularly work from the Berlin office
