About the role
- Lead Finance Automation & AI Integration: identify inefficiencies, deploy automation solutions, oversee and prioritize automation projects, and champion AI-driven finance use cases across Docplanner
- Act as Finance SaaS advisor: provide guidance on tools, utilize AI/ML solutions to improve efficiency, flexibility, accuracy, and ensure legal & statutory compliance
- Project leadership: lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives such as M&A, business/market/product launches, and New Finance enhancements (policies, reporting, updates)
- User support, training & documentation: create training materials, conduct workshops, maintain documentation, and provide primary assistance resolving system problems and inquiries
- Present AI use cases to Finance teams across Docplanner to promote AI adoption and improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT based Business Administration or equivalent (required)
- Master degree or relevant certifications (a plus)
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Finance operations, including direct responsibility on finance systems and processes (PTP, OTC, RTR)
- Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Zapier, Make, 8n8 or similar
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken; knowledge of any other group language highly preferred
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python, SQL, or JavaScript (a plus)
- Ability to create dashboards using Tableau or Power BI (a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on system optimization and data integrity
- Tech-savvy (or tech-curious) mindset and hands-on approach
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, able to hold others accountable
- Ability to navigate complex situations, prioritize effectively, and lead projects autonomously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must have legal right to work in country of residence or the location of the role (no visa sponsorship)
