QA Engineer

• Review and interpret DeFi protocol documentation and Solidity contracts to understand expected on-chain behavior
• Validate the correctness of Zap VM executions by ensuring that both the inputs and outputs match the expected behavior of the underlying DeFi protocol’s smart contracts
• Design and implement robust testing strategies for backend services, REST APIs, and protocol integrations
• Collaborate with the QA team to uphold and evolve our testing standards across plugin development and compiler workflows
• Ensure newly added features and protocol integrations meet strict quality and correctness criteria
• Track, manage, and drive resolution for bugs—especially those related to protocol behavior, integration logic, and output discrepancies
• Identify UX or product issues, communicate them clearly, and propose improvements
• Work closely with the development team to ensure high-quality releases and consistent QA processes
• Maintain clear and comprehensive test documentation, plans, and reports

Product Manager

• Define, validate, and iterate on product requirements and roadmap for Zaps.
• Drive the MVP to market and partner with early adopters to test and refine use cases.
• Scope smart contract integrations with external protocols.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Tech Lead and engineering to ensure smooth delivery of technical features.
• Collaborate with Business Development team to co-develop features that unlock new markets and growth and implement feedback.
• Write clear PRDs, manage timelines, and align internal stakeholders.

Developer Relations

• Support APAC developers integrating LI.FI; answer technical questions, share examples, follow issues to resolution.
• Create technical content in Chinese and English (guides, snippets, videos, explainers) tailored to local channels and communities.
• Localize and share product updates for APAC audiences, ensuring they’re easy to adopt.
• Help organize or join online workshops, hackathons, and partner events in the region.
• Join customer or BD calls when technical input is needed, and follow up with docs, samples or next steps.
• Relay developer feedback and recurring issues to DevRel, Product and Engineering.
• Keep public examples and docs fresh and accurate.

DevRel Engineer – Mandarin Speaking

• Take ownership of QA planning and execution across Jumper.Exchange’s core features; from UI to API to cross-chain integrations.
• Build, maintain, and scale automated testing frameworks with Playwright, Jest, and related tooling.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and security to review requirements, test new releases, and improve our processes.
• Investigate, reproduce, and help resolve production issues, driving real fixes, not just reports.
• Monitor quality metrics and help shape continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion a “quality-first” mindset within the team, balancing speed with stability.
