• Design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
• Own our infrastructure-as-code setup (Terraform).
• Manage and optimize our serverless architecture.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Strengthen observability across the stack — monitoring, logging, alerting.
• Harden our security and compliance posture.
• Design disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to support new features.

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Business Development Rep

• Become a Lexroom.ai product expert and act as its evangelist.
• Manage outbound leads, scheduling demos for Account Executives.
• Work closely with Account Executives to ensure all customers move seamlessly through the sales funnel.
• Lead-generation and nurturing initiatives to create a healthy pipeline for the sales team.

BDR – Outbound

Sales

• To fuel our growth, we’re launching an elite Graduate Program – Sales designed for the top 3% of young talent.
• This is a fast-track program with structured rotations and a clear goal: turn you into a high-performing Account Executive in 18 months, supported by a world-class Sales Academy.
• You’ll go through 4 consecutive roles, each with clear goals, coaching and KPIs: 3/6 months – SDR (Sales Development Representative), 6 months – BDR (Business Development Representative), 6 months – AE Inbound (Account Executive Inbound), 6 months – AE Outbound (Account Executive Outbound).
• Throughout the program, you will be trained and coached within the Lexroom Sales Academy, with structured modules on sales methodology, pipeline and territory management, use of AI in sales, personal performance, mindset and communication.

Graduate Program – Sales

• To fuel our growth, we’re launching an elite Graduate Program – Sales designed for the top 3% of young talent.
• This is a fast-track program with structured rotations and a clear goal: turn you into a high-performing Account Executive in 18 months, supported by a world-class Sales Academy.
• You’ll go through 4 consecutive roles, each with clear goals, coaching and KPIs.
• Qualify inbound leads, learn discovery basics, opportunity qualification and handoff to AE.
• Learn how to generate pipeline from scratch and master prospecting, outbound sequences, first touch and meeting setting.
• After your first 9 months, based on your performance, strengths, and the skills you’ve mastered, you will transition into AE Inbound or AE Outbound for the next phase with specific responsibilities outlined.
