Field Engineer

• Provide onsite technical support to ensure optimal performance of Lexmark products
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to printers, scanners, fax machines, supplies, and other peripherals
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, alignment, and calibration to optimize device functionality
• Assist customers with installation, configuration, and user training
• Troubleshoot complex problems and provide solutions promptly
• Document all service calls and maintain records of equipment history
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate repairs and replacement parts
• Maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Field Service Technician

• Respond to dispatched service calls in an assigned territory within Customer SLA commitments
• Accurately diagnose, repair & maintain product(s) and accessories in peak operating condition within published electrical, mechanical and print quality specifications
• Effectively schedule dispatched calls to manage SLA requirements across assigned activities
• Ensure regular and effective communication with customers to ensure awareness of call acceptance, ETA, status and closure
• Assist customer with any reported issues or questions on Lexmark product(s) or offerings
• Support Customer training on appropriate usage of Lexmark product & features
• Ensure proper repair and maintenance procedures are performed on identified device(s) and Total Service Call Procedures are completed prior to leaving customer site.
• Follow prescribed administration procedures to ensure proper collection and reporting of required data, including, but not limited to; call acceptance, status updates, call closure and debrief, part returns and tracking
• Manage local part inventory, and ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels and transactions.
• Present a positive image through proper attire, communication skills and personal grooming.
• From time to time, engage in special activities, responsibilities, and projects as needed to support Customer devices

Security Engineer

• Develop and maintain the global network security architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives and future growth.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance network security solutions across diverse environments including R&D labs, manufacturing plants, and corporate offices.
• Ensure alignment of network security design with enterprise IT and security standards and best practices.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical oversight for network-related security projects across regions.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture and security teams to ensure integration and compliance.
• Evaluate emerging network security technologies and recommend appropriate solutions to support evolving business needs.
• Work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and business teams to translate requirements into network capabilities.
• Manage relationships with key network security vendors and service providers; participate in technology evaluations and contract reviews.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of network security architectures, diagrams, and standards.
• Ensure designs comply with internal and external security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).
• Mentor junior engineers and operational teams.

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance automation solutions to meet a diverse set of requirements and capabilities

• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
• Integrate artificial intelligence into the development process

• Collaboration with network architecture and operations teams to provide design feedback, process improvement opportunities, and potential solution enhancements
